The heart for our children is that they run with Christ their entire lives and we consider it an honor to play a role in the building of the life-long foundation of their knowledge and love for Christ. Our number one goal is to teach God's word so that each child truly absorbs it in their heart for the rest of their life, in order for them to run the race that God has called them to (see Philippians 3:14 & 1 Corinthians 9:23-25 below). We specifically utilize a Bible based Rotation model curriculum that offers different classroom settings including art, science, games, cooking, drama, movies, computers and bible stories that relate to Biblical stories and principles.

Children are also encouraged to be involved in the many activities that we have during the year, including: Discipleship Camp, outreach opportunities, overnighters and ministry opportunities for our church body.

Children’s Discipleship Camp

June 20-23, Charlotte, NC -- Sign-up deadline: April 20
We are excited about the Children’s Discipleship Camp for all kids entering 4th-9th grade this summer. Children under 4th grade are welcome, but must have a parent attend with them. We will be departing on Friday morning for a time of fun and spiritual growth and return on Monday evening. We will be camping in tents, having a time of devotionals and worship each day. We will also get to go to Carowinds amusement park! The cost is: $162 per child and $125 per adult. For the second child per family, the cost is $120, and each additional child is $100. Our heart is to make it affordable for everyone to come, so the church will make up the difference for the additional children’s discount.
